  Waited almost 2 hours for the food to get delivered, I called 3 times and didn't get an answer. Atrocious service. I also never got the food

  The progress bar on the menu said our food was on the way and then never came. Cars came and left with their food and ours finally came after half an hour and when it finally came it was cold.

  They’re terribly slow. I’ve gone three times to give them the benefit of the doubt and each time slower than the next. I placed an order for just a coney and a small sonic blast and after 30 min they still didn’t have it. Hire more people or something, it’s ridiculous.

  Ordered a Bacon brioche sandwich and the bacon wasn’t cooked. I added a picture of the bacon and it NEEDED TO BE COOKED LONGER.
