    Every time I go to Sonic in Los Alamos, I have to wait and wait to place my order. Today we arrived at 11:10am and finally gave up at 11:40. I pushed the red button, the order taker says they will be right with me and then the button clears. I pushed it and waited 5 times and never got to place my order. This has been an increasing issue with this Sonic for more than a year now, it just gets worse every time I come. I believe that due to understaffing or incompetence, that they push out taking orders so that their system won’t show how long it really takes for the process. I just can’t understand how this is a recurring issue every time I go to Sonic!

    It always takes way too long for anyone to take my order. The app doesn’t work either. Every time I try to check in it says I’m too far away.

    Food is always good here. Unless you order on the app, the service is super slow. We wanted Ice cream a few evenings ago and went at 7pm. They apparently don't understand to NOT clean equipment prior to closing. They said at 7pm and rudely, no ice cream. We are cleaning the machine. And it took them 5 minutes to answer the call light. Owners and managers need to fix a few things at this location on the operations side.

    Went by Saturday afternoon for a drink. Only 3 car in the stalls. Order taker twice said they woukd be with me in a moment. 15 minutes later, still waiting to place order. Left, drinklesss, after 20 minutes. They really need to do something about the drop in service. Its been getting worse since the new year.
