  I had the worst customer experience I've ever had there. I placed a mobile order for pick up and every time, I get the same carhop whom literally doesn't say anything and practically throws the food at me like I am a dog everytime I go to get it. She also kicked me car when I said thank you.

  Waited at least 10min for a Bacon jr.cheeseburger When I got it! It was smashed down and cold, the cheese was not melted. It was very disappointing! And I was hungry.

  Waited almost 2 hours for the food to get delivered, I called 3 times and didn't get an answer. Atrocious service. I also never got the food

  The progress bar on the menu said our food was on the way and then never came. Cars came and left with their food and ours finally came after half an hour and when it finally came it was cold.
