  My family ordered 3 Reese’s blasts, all of them had sausage in them. This is the most disgusting food experience I have ever had.

  Staff were incredibly rude. I pressed the red button twice because I thought it didn’t work the first time after he said, “we’ll be right with you.” When I pressed it a second time, the same young boy responded and said, very rudely, “we’ll be right with you, there are two people in front of you.” He had an attitude and made me uncomfortable. Our order was eventually taken and brought out by a somewhat nicer young lady.

  The Jalapeño poppers were a surprise as there is vinegar involved somewhere. Possibly the Jalapeño is pickled? The exterior crunch is texture heaven. They were as hot as the surface of the sun, eat slowly with caution. My companion loved their breakfast burrito(at midnight!) Friendly service and with decent timing overall. They have a good selection of dipping sauces. * the menu needs to be on the front and back of the displays. As a passenger, it was hard to read the menu.

  I'm not sure what the business model is these days. I visited the Los Alamos Sonic around 10 on a Friday night. They said it was a 20-30 minute wait to place an order, due to the online orders. I was on lunch break. No time to wait. Tried my luck the following Thursday night around 9 pm. Same thing. So what's the deal. On-site ordering a thing of the past? It's obvious they don't have enough employees to cover the work. They sound unhappy, stressed and frustrated for constantly apologizing for the long wait times and inability to provide service.
