  Got 2 Smash burgers and Fries today and it tasted horrible. Burger was cold even the bun and cheese not melted. It had absolute no flavor. Fries were dried out....just simply disgusting. This is the second time we had bad service and bad food. Will never come here again! If I could I would give it negative stars!!!!

  I have never been to a place where the drive-in is so slow that you’re sitting In your car, burning gas The food it’s a hit or miss sometimes it’s just greasy when it comes to the fries or burger

  Returning from Providence Trans Mountain Hospital El Paso the other evening after visiting my wife in the hospital I really didn’t feel like cooking after 9 PM… My first attempt at quick easy pick up was at Raising Cane's on Telshor, failed as there were a lot of vehicles already in the drive through… Second attempt was Wendy’s on Rinconada, another fail due to a lot of traffic at the drive through… Ok I’ll try the new Sonic on Sonoma Ranch. No one was in the drive through so it looked promising, pulled up to the menu board and waited. Waited some more while another vehicle pulled into the second order board line. We both waited some more. Thought maybe that second car is going to get to order first. Waited some more time. Ok this is silly, I’ll just go home and cook at 9:30 after a long day. Pulled forward and the girl working the drive through window wasn’t even aware of our presence, not a clue she had potential customers. By this time I saw that second vehicle leaving also and the girl at the window couldn’t care less… Stopped at Burger King, less then expected, but at least I didn’t need to cook at 9:45 PM… Now I know Las Cruces is the “land of Mañana” but if this is what I can expect from Sonic I’ll just skip it and use other options.

  Don't recommend coming here after 10pm. Hard to get any drinks because they are cleaning machines. I ordered two sprites with vanilla...first tasted of coconut and the other..I didn't touch it. Had a weird pink tinge to it.
