  Ordered a #4 fries and a Lg coke with easy ice. Returned the first Lg ice was half of the cup. When I went to return and ask for my order to be corrected to have a Lg coke with easy ice, the next cup came was given to me with the same amount of ice that was given to me the first time. To show how much ice was in the cup drink the cup with out leaving and ask for the manager so they could see the problem. Young woman comes out and looks under thr influence with eyes almost closed and says to me," you wanted to speak to me?" I said yes showed her the cup half full of ice and explaned I had ordered easy ice. She looks at me and says you want easy ice that is easy ice. I have spoken to management 4 time previous about getting my easy ice and was assured it would be taken care of. I asked for Store location # and Store manager number. She never wrote down location # and never put her name down. I have receipt for info I would like to see that people ubder the influence of any substance to not be on thr job while influenced but any substance. I would like to speak to a general manager and see that drug testing is being done.

  The young lady at the window was so rude. Held the whole line while she was on her phone. The food was cold and funky
