  Would give negative stars if I could. Used the drive thru where the guy working it was rude over the speaker and at the window. My order was given to me without any veggies and drenched like no sauce. The burger wasn’t even built right. I didn’t get a receipt or even proper change. I just left because it was obvious that nobody truly cares about what they are doing. Will never return to this location again!

  They charged us for extra add ins to our drinks with no actual add ins in our drinks lol the girl who took our order was super rude and sarcastic and the manager refused to give us refunds for the extra money they charged us saying we probably just ordered wrong. This location is getting worse! Never again!

  I don't enjoy giving a bad review to a place I'm usually happy with. But this time I have to. I ordered 2 Dr. Pepper slushes and a Watermelon slush. Well, none of them tasted like Dr. Pepper and barely had the dark color you associate with Dr. Pepper. Watermelon is usually a pinkish color, not yellow. I don't know what they had in them. The Watermelon slush was better because it had a hint of Watermelon taste. I went back to Sonic to show someone who worked there and maybe get some replacements. The girl i spoke to just gaslighted me by saying thats what they're supposed to look like because they only do a squirt of syrup and the rest is slushy. I've had many slushes, just not at this Sonic, and they never looked or tasted like these. I had to go home and dump them out.

  This location sucks. Ended up waiting over 30 mins and when they brought our food out it was luke warm. Another time the kids hotdog had a grayish tint.
