  the manager there Yasmine helped me with my order when I completely messed it up online. I was able to call and receive an immediate response and solution. she was able to help me with my carryout and was super friendly. 10/10!

  Well it appears the new owners of Pizza Hut are making their changes with the pizzas. Yeah YUM brands sold it. I have eaten at Pizza Hut all of my life. I’ve been to a few others but have always returned to Pizza Hut. We ordered last night and what a terrible experience. We ordered a double ham and pineapple. We opened the box in the car and nothing but a few pieces of pineapple and no ham. We took the pizza and told them there was no ham. The manager was surprised when we told her to remake the pizza. The pizza was remade with double ham and pineapple but no marinara sauce. We discovered this while eating at home. The crust was so hard and brittle. We have always ordered the thin crust so it was a surprise when we bit into the slice. We are now done with the Hut. Good luck to all of you guys cause you’re gonna need it!! We won’t spend another penny in these restaurants.

  Great place to eat and helps with anything if you have trouble online or in person… the lady manager highly recommended!!!!

  Been coming to this pizza hut location for years since elementary school and still has great customer service and food is always delicious. Nobody's beats the HUT!!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a special recognition to Eleina at Pizza Hut on Missouri Avenue in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She provided outstanding customer service and made our experience extremely pleasant. Eleina was friendly, professional, respectful, and attentive from the moment we arrived. She made us feel welcomed and took the time to make sure everything with our order was correct. Her positive attitude and kindness really stood out. Employees like Eleina are the reason customers want to come back. She represents excellent customer service and deserves recognition for the way she treats customers. Thank you, Eleina, for going above and beyond! Keep up the amazing work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
