    Absolutely horrible service. This place is consistently one of the slowest places I’ve ever ordered from. It regularly takes 20+ minutes just to receive an order, and the lines are almost always ridiculously long. What makes it even worse is that it doesn’t matter whether they’re busy or practically empty. I’ve been at the drive-thru window with barely any cars around and STILL waited another 15+ minutes at the window for my order. Ordering at the walk-up/window isn’t any better either. There is absolutely no sense of urgency. A quick stop somehow turns into a 20–30+ minute ordeal every single time. If you’re in any kind of hurry, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The wait times here are completely unacceptable, especially when there are barely any customers.

    They were quite busy, but I still only waited a few minutes for my beverages and pup cup. My frenchie is always welcome to stay and enjoy his treat while I drink mine. There is sufficient seating at their picnic style tables.
