    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Dutch Bros this morning. I placed my order through the app about 55 minutes in advance specifically so I could pick it up quickly and make it to work on time. When I arrived, I was told that my order supposedly wasn’t showing in their system, even though I had already placed and paid for it through the app. I was then asked to provide my order confirmation, which I did. I will also be providing a picture of my order from this morning as proof. Unfortunately, the whole situation took so long that I ended up being late for work. This was extremely frustrating because the entire reason I ordered almost an hour ahead of time was to avoid exactly this situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this experience felt very unorganized and poorly handled. I should not have to wait this long for a coffee that was ordered well in advance. I’m very unhappy with how everything was handled this morning and hope this issue can be addressed so it doesn’t happen again.

    Coffee is amazing however is so frustrating the fact that people that order at the window get their order before the ones that order ahead. On top of that when you get there they make you show the order because according to them they didn’t receive it. This location needs help

    The new staff here is extremely rude. I was at the window and just asked them if the drink was iced ( because they have messed up in the past) the guy and a girl were extremely rude. Definitely going to find a different location

    Dutch Bros has good drinks, and we enjoy the variety on the menu. However, our customer service experience wasn't what we expected. The employees could be friendlier and more welcoming. A smile and a positive attitude go a long way, and this visit felt a little rushed and impersonal. Overall, the drinks were good, but better customer service would make the experience much more enjoyable. Hopefully they'll be a little more warm and engaging on our next visit.
