    Today I went to Bataan location around 130 PM. The store had bandanas today but ran out of them. I told the person who took my order we wanted one for our dog that was in the hospital for emergency surgery. A young lady with brown hair that works there came over and gave us hers that she purchased with her own money. I didn’t catch her name but it was really sweet for her to do that. I attached a photo of the dog wearing it at the hospital. I hope she sees it. Thank you SO MUCH!

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Dutch Bros this morning. I placed my order through the app about 55 minutes in advance specifically so I could pick it up quickly and make it to work on time. When I arrived, I was told that my order supposedly wasn’t showing in their system, even though I had already placed and paid for it through the app. I was then asked to provide my order confirmation, which I did. I will also be providing a picture of my order from this morning as proof. Unfortunately, the whole situation took so long that I ended up being late for work. This was extremely frustrating because the entire reason I ordered almost an hour ahead of time was to avoid exactly this situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this experience felt very unorganized and poorly handled. I should not have to wait this long for a coffee that was ordered well in advance. I’m very unhappy with how everything was handled this morning and hope this issue can be addressed so it doesn’t happen again.
