  The morning crew for today was very sweet. My coffee was delicious, better than any other time!! + They treated my doggies very nicely and offered them pup cups. 🤍

  Makayla does her job and well. Many customers around 5:15P.M. seemed few employees but service was top notch and I’d come again. Wifey had issues with the app and manager was able to show her the ropes and sort it completely. Will for sure be back.

  My traveling companion went inside so she could use the restroom before ordering. Seems like there was a lot of confusing about who was working and who was leaving. One person took her order, but didn't make her drink. Another person who seemed to be leaving came back and said he was the only person who was able to make her drink. He confirmed her drink order, then preceeded to make the drink with cow's milk instead of oat milk as stated on the order. So he remade her drink and gave her a free donut as an apology. That was a nice touch. The whole situation took a long time, but my traveling companion did enjoy her drink.

  This overly grown big man has the attitude of a teenage girl. He got upset because I made myself clear while ordering then got to the window and he acted illiterate asking me the same questions I had just answered while ordering. It makes the customer feel like you aren’t listening because I literally said these things a few seconds prior to pulling to the window. Regardless he had the worst attitude and proceeded to slam my box of donuts not once but twice and shut the window on me with an attitude worse than my 12 year old daughter. If you can’t listen don’t be at the window. Go to the back and make sandwiches. I do not recommend this location they are the rudest bunch of young people I’ve ever seen. Customer service should always be priority one. I use to work at this location and I never slammed customers donuts just because I have an attitude. Zero stars don’t eat here.
