- DRDestiny Ruiz3 days ago3.0Placed an order through DoorDash mind you for one meal. Did that while I was out and about and went to get my groceries and then the order in hopes the scheduled time would work. Which it did for me because the app was telling me between 11:50-12 my order would be ready. I get an update that it will Be 11:55, no biggie I could wait 5 minutes. I go in at11:55 for the girl and guy working with to go orders look at me like I’m crazy and that they didn’t have an order for me and then she finds the order and says it was scheduled for 12:20 which wasn’t true. I had to wait longer inside while my groceries (some cold and hot items) stayed in the car. She tells me there is 4 people in front of my order for pickup. Mind you nobody is there for their to go order and they couldn’t make mine out quickly while I was waiting? Served everyone else, and then made mine. Moral of the story people rely on the order being ready at the scheduled time.

Meat quality has been pretty bad too with lots of gristle and fat being left on in large pieces. I rather not get sick and be served non edible pieces. Also cleanliness if the area was poor and it was clear certain items were past their time limits.
