Now I went back to ask for a refund but the Manager told me that online orders are not their problem essentially. That if we wanted a refund to go online. The Manger did not really care to help us out, or fix the order. Will not be going back. And let this be a cautionary tale for those who order online.
- COCaroline OgleMar 28, 20262.0You have to physically go into the restaurant to make sure you're getting a full serving. Every time we've ordered online they give half portions. They also refuse to fulfil orders placed online if they're in store system went down. We've on multiple occasions shown what we ordered online, they refused to make it due to a system downage (not a kitchen downage) and made us reorder (some stuff online isn't available in store) and repay, while we also have to reach out to the bank and dispute our original order. The service is horrible and the food is just okay. It's gone so far downhill.
