  Mo matter how busy they are, the staff is always full of smiles and the friendliest group! Jae goes out of her way to be helpful and love their big outdoor patio😍

  I’m giving this location a 2-star review because this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues here. At Chick-fil-A, our fries were stale and cold, which is disappointing for a place that usually prides itself on quality. The chicken wraps we ordered barely had any chicken in them and were mostly filled with lettuce, making them feel like a poor value. Last week I also ordered the Cobb Salad with grilled chicken, and when I got home I noticed that they totally forgot the chicken on the salad. I was definitely disappointed. On top of that, we didn’t receive the sauces we specifically asked for, which seems like a basic part of getting an order right. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once, and it’s starting to feel like a pattern rather than a one-off mistake. Because of these repeated experiences, we’re probably going to start going to a different location and hope for better consistency.

  Great customer service from University Chick-fil-A! My order disappeared but staff fixed transaction and I didn't have to wait extra.

  I’m an avid chick fil a fan, it’s close to my job and convenient for lunch. However, i’ve had issues with my orders the past THREE times i’ve been there. The first time, I was picking up for myself and my coworkers. I left not realizing I never got the drinks, 3 drinks were missed. The second time I got a sandwhich with no pickles, the wrapper stated no pickles, I opened up my sandwich and there were pickles. My soda was also extremely flat. Today, I went by again, I placed an order online for in store pickup and not only was my order incorrect, I spent my entire lunch break waiting for my food. I always order 20 minutes ahead and still have to wait 15 minutes for my order in the store. What’s the point of ordering ahead at that point. All I ordered was a salad and a small fry. I asked for no bacon on my salad, and i STILL got bacon on it. I do not eat pork. I called the store and spoke to a young lady on the phone, I explained the issue and was told if I wanted a refund I would have to hang onto the salad for the remainder of my shift at work, and bring it back to chick fil a afterwards. gross, i’m not hanging onto a lukewarm 5 hour old salad. I told her never mind it was okay and I was just willing to accept my loss, she then told me she will send me a text for a replacement salad in the future instead of a refund, i gave her my name and number, and she said she would contact me shorty. this was at 11pm, I still haven’t received anything. I’m just upset at the principal of the situation and I feel like I wasted money again.
