Almost every time I come here this visit included its always a hassle deciefering the sales even with the app. Things are placed on shelves also koolers that look like what the add or sale is . When checkout comes the poor cashiers often have to use their own phones for calculating the price. On top of that the savings are shown at the end after being pressured by the long lines in this market. Not only is it often that your not getting what is hardly clear advertising but when it's the wrong item we are then pushed to customer service for an explaination or refund. I went tonight specific for ground beef on the app. Got to meat case which sign read the advertised price grabbed two that equaled 6lbs the limit . After check out itwas almost 7$ a pound. I was tasked to self check out. After spending an hr in the store I ended up leaving everything I spent all that time trying to navigate . Shame on you Albertsons for predatory marketing and banking on people not wanting to take another line or HR trying to return the stuff.. Absolutely predatory marketing practice.

I wouldn't do that so went online and got them to resend it today, and once again did not show and they did not even communicate via text or email. went back to online chat and got a refund and cancelled my fresh pass.

Everytime I have come to shop here and asked her for help for the smallest things, she isn’t helpful, sighs, or just looks annoyed at me for asking and is just not nice at all. This has happened a few times. I try to avoid her and ask someone else because shes so nasty about it. Ive seen her treat other customers the same way and its not right when we're just asking for help with something. Maybe speak to her about being more professional with customers.
