  I was really disappointed with the birthday cake we received from the Albertsons bakery in Las Cruces. My sister provided a photo of the design she wanted, but the finished cake looked nothing like the inspiration. The writing was uneven and messy, and the overall decorating lacked the care and attention we expected for such a special occasion. We understand that no custom cake will be an exact replica, but we did expect something that at least captured the style and quality of the requested design. Unfortunately, the final product felt rushed and did not meet our expectations. Birthdays are important milestones, especially a 13th birthday, and this cake was meant to be the centerpiece of the celebration. I hope the bakery takes more time with future custom orders and communicates with customers if a design cannot be recreated.

  This store has taken a pit dive. Their shelves are bare, the produce isn’t nice and they don’t have about 30% of the special offers in the app. They just don’t carry those items!! Only shop here if all you want are store brand dry goods.

  Do not order delivery from this location. Numerous occasions deli items are not available nor ready. I follow the recommended times on items always. Multiple times it was chicken salad. Today it was roasted dark turkey and the substitute 8 pc roasted chicken. Corporate cancelled the order per my request and was delivered anyway. I didn't refuse it when delivered because that would put the delivery person in the middle. They disrespected corporate by not following directions so obviously they don't care about you either

  Clean with good lighting. I was having trouble finding protein drinks for older people (Ensure, etc) but someone was able to direct me to the right location. Prices seemed really high, but prices are going up everywhere.

  Being new to Las Cruces, my partner and I sought help at the customer service center to navigate the APP. The women was nice and provided an explanation for how to use the tool. I didn't get her name, but my rating reflects her courtesy . The checkout clerk, Diana, was rude and curt which significantly lowered our evaluation. At checkout, Diana did not so much as greet us or say hello. I told her that two items on sale wouldn't scan; she asked me which items, and I told her. She bruskly told me to "scan the actual item's barcade." I asked if I should do that even though she had already run one of the items through. She didn't respond but acted inconvenienced. We bagged our own groceries, and she didn't thank us at the end of our transaction...she simply started scanning the next customer's items even though we hadn't finished bagging our groceries. My partner has stage 4 cancer and likes the produce at Albertson's; however, we will opt to shop at another grocery store where we are greeted, helped, and valued for patronizing their store.
