This review is strictly about bad customer service...regardless of whether or not a store has completely automated ordering screens, employees should still have the courtesy to ask "may I help you?" if they see a customer standing in their lobby and not using the screens. I was there to pick up an online order that I had a notification stating it was ready. When I didn't see it in the pickup area, I attempted to ask the two employees that were leaning on the counters near the drive thru window. Neither would even acknowledge me, despite making eye contact several times, they just went back to their conversation like I wasn't even there. Finally I said, "excuse me? I am looking for my order." Thoroughly inconvenienced, one of the girls walked over, asked my name and then turned her back, bagged my food, and handed it to me. I asked if the requested sauce was in the bag and she said, "it should be" and then went back to join her friend standing at the drive thru window. Why even pay them? What is their role? Surely the guy that is busting his butt making orders can take an extra minute to slap them in a bag and shove them on a shelf.

Honestly just disappointed. It’s not too hard to get the order correct the first time. And when we call to have it fixed all I get is a “sorry I’ll talk to the kitchen”.

I ordered a cheese and beef burrito with extra beef and this is what I got...
Not that great often mess orders up or forget items!

I came to order a avocado, ranch stacker, and one side had nothing but tortilla on both and we got a beef burrito and it was mostly tortilla so we turned around to say something. The girl got the manager. His name was Hector and he was very very polite. He replaced our whole order and made it right however, I thought that it probably was due to corporate giving them certain scoops and I asked him and he said yes, which I feel it’s more of a corporate problem than the employees.! so really if I could complain on corporate’s website, I would because it’s not the employees fault at this Taco Bell
