  Order was on point and service was fast, was driving through town and I was impressed by how fast they got us out food. I'm used to the sonic in my town and their service is super slow compared to this one! Thank you for the great service

  Every time I go, the guy who take my order sounds incredibly irritated, breathing heavily into his headset. Several times I've ordered a plain cheeseburger, and they still give it to me with everything. Today, before finalizing my order, I asked how many combos I had, and he said two. I ended up paying $34. They charged me for two combos and a burger with a soda when I asked them to remove it. Their customer service is terrible. I understand that interacting with customers can be frustrating sometime because I also work in customer service, but it's not fair to oversell you and treat you rudely.
