Called to let the Manager know and she said "Okay, Thank you" like she was just taking my statement and moving on. I probed conversation a little more because our 411 FB did have a post about this happening to several others and I just didn't think anything of it when when grabbing lunch in a hurry. She offered me a replacement which I declined and just asked what they were doing to fix the issue. Disappointed in the lack of concern. Service is always a hit or miss at this location.
