- JJJack JohnsonMay 2, 20261.0Like everyone else on here, if you want to be ignored as the servers tend to their regulars that are watching the races then this is the place for you. You'd think trying to actually make the place money and having casino guests enjoy a meal when in town would be their aim, but that makes too much sense. Sat for 30 min, never had anyone acknowledge me, yet watched them serve the same man drinks 3 times. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS THEY CHANGE STAFF. (Please don't just send me the default reply like you have to every other reviewer. Just address the issues, PLEASE..)

Our nachos literally have an inch of grease in the bottom of the plate. The meat on the tacos is not seasoned at all. I wish Zia had a better option. Even the bar is super slow service and the servers act like youre annoying them for trying to order. Super sad.

The second night was the ghost face (Alfredo, pesto and mozzarella cheese) pizza 🍕 and lemon pepper wings. Hot and fresh. We took that, to go, back up to our room. I have no idea why this establishment has 2.3 stars. The pizza and wings were the best I have ever had. Great job! Keep up the excellent work!
- MMMichael McNicholasDec 26, 20241.0As others have said. Food is great but went a few times while at the casino this week. Each time, sat for over 20 minutes before any server stopped to give menus. It’s the worst service I’ve ever had. But, I’m glad the staff gets enough time to talk and enjoy working. Won’t be trying to eat there again. If you want better service maybe you need to sit at the bar.
