It's always some bs at this location. the service with servers is always terrible, they take forever to bring the food out. today I ordered takeout and got there right when it said it was ready, the host said he'd bring it right out. mind you, the place only had AT MOST 10 TABLES. I stood there 20 minutes past the time and still nothing. Not untill i asked him again he brought it out. I find it irritating there's always a different issue wether it is getting the wrong order, the food taking forever, or the lack of service. I got home and realized they forgot my fries.

- RRRosy RamirezApr 26, 20261.0It’s insane how you walk in and no one is at the counter to greet you, no host, no to-go team member, just managers avoiding the door and having the ALREADY busy servers go attend the door when one is just smiling walking around not helping, while the other runs food instead of asking another person to do that. It’s just no balance and it was visible that more direction is needed. Send help from out of town or retrain the team. The food is the only reason people try to even come but the “no turn around” is truly disappointing.

The hostess refused to sit out group of seven and when I ask the manager he said ok but never sat us down until we finally left. 4-19-26 7:30pm the place is a mess, trash on the floors. The staff are all rude and are dressed in normal clothes and don’t care about good service l. No wonder that have 2.8 stars
