The service was pretty bad. Our server was snotty and rude. The food was all that good, It had no flavor. I got a burger with no onions and they put a handful of onions in my burger. The server never asked us for condiments.

Worse sonic in the state. Management is horrible (Sandra location manager) very unprofessional. Made a online order that needed to be modified (which was only the time that meed to be changed, and by 15 minutes). I get that it's not entirely the stores fault but as a manager I would think she could attest change an order to be put out 15 minutes later, rather then letting my families meal get cold and sit for and extra 15 minutes. 2 children are going to have to eat cold/stale food?
What a horrible experience and I urge anyone that wants to eat here, to checkout other local eateries. They take no pride in there profession.
I suggest el cafecito, canton Cafe, and going to the next town.

Raw hotdogs served dry chicken i am contacting the health department serving customer raw food I will.also be contacting sonic corprate this can hurt people the chicken was raw as well this wont stand

Mobile app was having issues but the manager tonight made it right and honored the coupon even though he didn’t have to.
Excellent customer service, not easy to find at chains in NM.

Horrible customer service. Manager Sandra is rude and not helpful. My order was double charged and when confronting the situation, staff was hostile and unprofessional.
