  Person was not listening or could not hear the order. Told them hatch green chile cheeseburger, just the burger, about 10 times and they said "a number 6?", "a number 2?" And then rung us up for a plain burger - we corrected and said no, a hatch green chili cheeseburger, just the burger and she added a combo. I said No, the hatch green chili burger just the burger. She responded "would you like fries or tots with that", I responded "neither, we want just the burger" and then silence for a few minutes and she goes "helloooooo?!" With an attitude, So we drove off.

  This is the poorest Sonic I have ever visited in my life. I've probably ordered from here at this location 6 times in the last year and not once was my order correct. The order is either missing items or food, drinks or made incorrectly. I am amazed at how poor the service is at this location.

  Absolutely NONE of the screens were working to order. Then decided to wait in the long drive-thru only to be told once we got to the lady to order that it was cash only.

  They can never get my order right. For the last several years, I cannot remember one time getting my order correct. It’s very annoying that a single food or drink order cannot be compelled correctly. I will never go there again. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.
