We enjoy our food, did not wait long. But the service is bad. We waited to be seated the wait staff seen us but ignored us, so we seated our selves. The waitress only seen her when she took our order and delivered our beverages. Another wait staff delivered our orders and refill. Waited for our ticket had to wave my hand to get the ticket, my son had to literally go to the fountain to refill his drink. The dish washer lady was out helping with her wet apron bussing tables and loudly talking to another lady busser. They were rude she bumped me did excuse herself. The staffing took their time and no customer services.
Food is great just wish the staff were more considerate, respectful and willing to help with a smile.

New female server and guy with long hair both have no customer service. No welcome, never checking for refills, and guy touches inside Pho bowl before he places it down, GROSS!!! Young lady looked mad to be working. A family waited almost 20 minutes to be seated. Is the place under new management???
