  orders take soo long to come out. spent 20 mins in drive thru.. it's not like your cooking my food made to order.. it shouldn't take this long for a medium soda and fries. did the machine break down?? shouldn't there be at least 15 people on staff? what is taking forever! then handing out food looking down than closing the window. terrible location. the Westside location is best.

  04/24/2026 Dear McDonald’s & future customers, I am beyond disappointed with the service at the particular location on U.S Highway 491. I placed a mobile order thinking it would be the most efficient option, but I ended up waiting for over an hour. While I sat there, I saw numerous other customers receive their food while my order was completely ignored. I had to even call to make sure my order was placed, but they were very hard to talk to and did not give any proper answers while I was on the phone. When I finally managed to get a staff members attention, it took them another 10 minutes, I was very happy that I was getting my food. But on the other had, I had only received 3 out of 4 drinks and no food. This is the definition of poor service. To make matters worse, the employee dismissed me with a ‘good night’ while running off, as if the transaction was complete. This made things a lot worse than it should have been! I was told I need to hand in my personal phone to verify I actually ordered. After, I had no choice to go in because they still hadn’t fulfilled my order. Even after that, the manager had to physically debag the food because she thought it was right, It was not right, in fact they managed to leave out an entire meal, and left my chocolate sauce of my Carmel Frappuccino, I had to ask for it. The lack of communication, and the total disregard for their customers time is completely unacceptable! I will not be returning to this location anytime soon, nor should you. Sincerely, ET

  Purtroppo esperienza negativa. In uno dei nostri Roadtrip attraverso gli Stati Uniti ci siamo fermati per una sosta durante un pomeriggio piovoso. Abbiamo avuto l'impressione di essere in un ambiente poco sicuro, insieme alla mia famiglia con una bambina di 8 anni non vedevamo l'ora di riprendere l'auto per proseguire il viaggio. Personale cordiale e hamburger nella media di tutti i McDonalds.
