- ZBZee BearJun 21, 20261.0Good Afternoon. I placed an order for a pizza and hot wings. I did a carry out. Only to find out i did not receive my hot wings. I received plain wings that were really greasy and under cooked. I called the store at 1:16pm and asked for a refund for just the hot wings. The lady (would not disclose her name) just offered a store credit wanted me to pick up the hot wings on the same day and ended the call. I do not live in gallup. I could not just come and get the credit that same day. So i called Dominos back at 4:32pm and the same lady wanted to argue with me and after she said what she wanted to say, she transferred me to the general store manager. I told the GM that i did not want credit because i dont want the wings anymore and am not going to be in gallup any time soon. She indicated she would contact the Main manager. I have not received a call back since. I did not need the disrespect. All i asked for was the refund of the hot wings. I hardly order from Dominos and i thought id change things up and order here. But i think i will continue to give other pizza places my business instead of being disrespected by the managers and GM. Thank You. Store.915 E Hwy 66 Gallup NM 87301. I already sent an email to the “Owner”.

I’m trying to file a complaint about the quality of service that I experienced with them. I ordered a pizza on their website, app said they delivered it but I never got it. When I called the store they bounced me around to 4 different workers that all seemed like they had no intentions of helping me. When someone did finally helped, come to find out my pizza was delivered to someone else. So had to wait another half an hour for a replacement and when finally delivered it was cold. So I refused it.
