I was promised a redo and a refund after talking to a supervisor. After waiting a long time, it was written in a color that I didn't ask for and lopsided with a refund of $2 directly from the owner. Baskin Robbins isn't what it used to be anymore. I'll be ordering from Safeway or Albertsons or anywhere else from now on.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
