Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- UBUndyingPanda BegayAug 20, 20262.0Well first of all they mess up our order and they forgot my onion rings and told us to wait outside and we did , waited about 15mins and nobody came out and I told my husband I bet you they forgot about us and then I went inside and said where’s my onions rings and the girl said omg I forgot I’m sorry! And went and got my onion rings and said sorry! Ugh and got home and noticed that the lettuce on our burger and my chicken sandwich were brown. They were gross looking and we were upset about our mail because it’s actually the first time they done something wrong with our meal, SMH I don’t know who the manager was on the shift he or she did came out or anything.. so need to do better please! Make sure to check your meal before you drive off!

He then failed to read my order back to me after having difficulties hearing me, so I then asked if he could repeat my order, which he did with annoyance in his voice. I then get to the window and ask “If he was all good?” , because at this point I feel like trying to place my order was a problem, he concludes my order and I leave. Upon getting to my destination and getting out my food to eat and putting my straw in my drink etc I notice my packing receipts for my food. Tell me why this employee put me down as Customer- Jeffrey Dahmer?!? Like idk if this was some stab at me, or your idea of a sick joke but I found zero humor in it and went back and got my refund, because Your crew is acting weird, writing weird names about me; and I don’t trust ingesting anything you all gave me. I don’t know how you feel about LGBTQ, or whatever weird energy you all are on, but I don’t think I’ll be back ever. I let corporate know about this, and your MOD was apologetic but definitely didn’t sound surprised by this at all! Photos attached!
