  I asked a question, they answered rudely and just closed the window. I wasn’t done taking and gave us the wrong drink.

  Foods allways good only problem is a 10+ minute wait every single time 😪 for a route 44 ocean water kinda weird ngl. (I say every single time because this sonic is my primary and it never fails to wait longer then 15 minutes even if you order ahead). On the brightside the employees are super nice allways never had an issue there just wait times

  I waited for twenty minutes for somebody to answer the box.No answer from the box tried to talk to an employee who did not want to talk to me.I also called the location that did not answer the call.So apparently you cannot get a service at this location

  I made the mistake of pulling into. westmain Sonic . I punched the red button , nothing happened. Pressed it again .. this went on for 20+ minutes . Finally got someone's attention. Called in my order 2 corn dogs 1 root beer float. I waited 40 minutes + for my order. There was no condiments. Corn dogs were somewhere. Between overcooked & burnt I was running late I was starving I ate 1 corndog . It was super. Greasey & disgusting. It hit my stomach like a brick. Immediate indigestion. This was all my fault .. I have been to this Sonic before.. I knew this was the quality of food & service.. & went there anyway. I learned my lesson. .. never .again

  Note: just want to say the smasher burgers from Sonic in general in my opinion are trash; don’t bother. Everything I got from this Sonic location was good and service was awesome. 👏🏻
