  Can u put a bad review on Sonic East Main across Webb Chevy. I sat at the order speaker no answer for 10 minutes than I drove up to window again ignored me, finally opened the window and she said I don't have an order, I said you never spoke to take my order, she says drive back around....I said, I've already waited and been here 15 minutes....augh. I just left...poor service (review was for a family member, not me specifically)

  We had to repeat a drink order 3 times. and it was still wrong. the tea was supposed to be UNSWEETENED iced tea. it was sweet. i get there are mess ups but come on. once we got to the window to get the drinks the person who spoke to us and handed us our drinks was a male. not a female who took our order. i thought that was odd. he barely spoke to us and just had a bad attitude. we will not be returning.

  This place is awful, I paid for our order. Did not receive our order and was charged again to get our food. 10/10 will not go again
