  Placed my order then waited 20 minutes to be told order was on the way to my vehicle. 5 minutes later the young carhop shows up and tells me I don't have your food but I'm here to collect the money for your order if that's ok. I told her no it wasn't and I would pay for it when I got it. She just stood there and stared at me. Finally I told her never mind cancel my order. She told me Fine and stomped off. Will never go back

  We came by tonight and had a very disappointing experience. We waited in the drive-thru for approximately 32 minutes after ordering only one drink. After the long wait, the drink was made incorrectly, which was frustrating. In addition, the employee taking our order at the speaker box was short and unfriendly, and the employee at the window was also rude. Overall, the service was slow and the customer service was poor, making for a very negative experience. We hope this feedback can be used to improve future customer experiences.

  Took 20 minutes to get food our fries werent even filled got to the friends (we drank the drinks on the way but we mobile orderd so we just left the bag closed)

  A milkshake is milk + ice cream + flavor MIXED together with a consistency that is drinkable though a straw or eaten with a spoon - NOT merely soft serve in a cup with a cherry on top. If I wanted $7 worth of ice cream without a spoon, I would go to the store. This place routinely does not mix their shakes, and it is plain lazy. Other food maybe okay; I don't know. I only go here for milkshakes, buti think I am do e with that. Do better.

  zero stars zero stars!! who is the girl that is so rude acting like she has no sense no common sense or any type of upbringing her parents should be disgusted in the way she treats people she honestly needs to be fired and yes I do know the owners of this specific sonic and I will be getting in contact with them they don’t need people like you ruining their business and yes I was there today in stall number six!! what was your response when I said I will never come back here again OK bye instead of trying to remedy the situation for your mistake people like you disgust me!!!
