  The wait times past 9pm are terrible. Usually 30mins or so, even when ordering ahead of time on the app. The workers are severely understaffed. The poor girl was so kind, I feel bad.

  If i could give negative stars, I would. If the establishment is having problems, they should post it where people can read it. When I brought up the problem the manager was rude and throw my money back at me and told me to leave. Sonic has gone way down hill. There is no good customer service.

  Ordered on the app, checked in, waited 35-40 mins for 3 drinks, and to be told someone pulled up through drive-thru and took our drinks with the exact same order and name. Hmmm!

  The employees are too lazy to make what’s on their menu. Everytime I come here the people that work here clearly hate doing their job. Refuse to make bags of ice. I go to the sonic on 20th. Way better food, and customer service. Never have a problem getting ice from that location. I will drive past this one and go farther so I don’t have to deal with this place.

  The person that took our order seemed upset because we added an item immediately after she gave us the total. I love their cherry limeade.
