  We actually asked and said we will wait for the burgers to be fresh, we said 2 times, the car hop came out and we asked her to tell the kitchen, and the food still came out semi warm/dry and old burgers..manager tried to blame the cheese, and tbh the cheese was not even close to being melted, so that means the burgers was not even hot enough.

  Tried purchasing food from here today. 2 stalls the screens were of our during down. Three stalls, the buttons weren't working. And the two stalls that were working, I think, went unanswered. For giggles I day there for 35 minutes trying to buy good and drinks with zero success. Horrible place and unkept with lots of equipment failures just in the outside. Can't imagine the inside conditions. Not to mention the 8 other cats sitting there after I decided to go to Dairy Queen on main street and was served immediately and with smiles

  omg waited over 20 minutes for them to get our 2 drinks ordered. Now waiting for our drinks. Won't be stopping at this sonics no more

  I received excellent customer service from a kind person named Cameron. He was very patient while taking my order, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was correct. My food was prepared quickly, and the staff remained polite and professional throughout my visit. They also checked to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made my experience enjoyable and showed that they cared about their customers.
