This time however, their meat department had inventory; had the lights on; every impression of having an open meat counter. So after waiting in line with nobody being served, I called the store. “We have nobody in the meat department.” I wanted ribeyes though. “We don’t have any ribeyes.” I was staring at several good ribeyes in the meat counter. “Those aren’t ribeyes.” Yes they are. “But we don’t have anyone to cut them.” Then why are they sitting there with the lights on and the whole counter open? Look, either pay your people enough to show up, or shut down the meat counter. Don’t blame the customer and lie to us because you’re not staffing adequately.

Tried to post my review on local Safeway but it didn't take a 1 star! WHY! Shopped @ Safeway since the 1960s! 1st time I left Safeway crying! Invisible Disabilities! IDA.org ... I honestly thought she'd be fired! She's there to give me meds my dr. Prescribes! NOT make hurtful comments on the ONE day or 2 I manage to leave the house! I dress nice, & don't look disabled, but am - severely! Shame on Shannon @ Safeway E Main pharmacy! She could cause a suicide w/comments like that!
