  Whether I order food for pickup or have it delivered. The sandwiches are amazing. The bread is fresh and they are never stingy with the meat. Always great customer service & amazing food.

  I always click the include napkins on my order and to cut in half. It’s NEVER been done so far. Togo orders only have the sandwiches and nothing else ordered. Idk if that’s normal or just lazy staff. Idk why I’m even paying for drinks at this point I feel like I could just tell them I did and get a free one same with chips. They also have a jacked up door handle even though they are right next to a hardware store. Staff also needs trained on customer service.

  The lady messed up our orders first. She had a rude tone when we dealing with her. We tried to explain our situation and the manager did not resolve anything. I even complained about my skimpy sandwich. Totally dissatisfied with their customer service and not wanting to help the situation. No accountability being held here at this store. Don't come here to be treated like trash.

  Is freaky fast not the slogan any more? Man ordered 20min before I headed to pick it up only 2 people in the place and I have now been waiting 10min since I walked in and still no sandwiche. Customer service is non existent the lady leaning on the register mumbling to people. No greetings nothing let's see if they get my order correct something tells me they wont

  First time, and not too shabby! It was good
