    Very slow. They are not “freaky fast”. I waited for 23 min for 1 turkey tom lettuce wrap. The ice machine is broken. The floor has not been cleaned in a long time. I am a huge JJ fan. I will not come back to this location.

    The food is always good. The bread is always fresh. But the cleanliness of this store is lacking. When you have people standing around not doing anything but chitchatting & goofing around they should be cleaning instead. Sticky floors, tables are a mess, & the bathroom was out of paper towels, and paper towel towels all over the floor because the trash was overfilled. The ice machine is still down and last time we were there, they were out of napkins. I hate to eat a messy sandwich without a napkin.

    Honestly, this Jimmy John's location has been getting worse and worse. Today we came in for lunch. The ice machine was out of order. Which happens. Not a huge deal. However, they were also out of napkins. All of the tables were dirty. I asked for cucumber to be added to my sandwich and they put them in a plastic container on the side. Some of the customers were getting upset with how long the wait was. The girl in charge just kept arguing with them instead of apologizing. One employee was walking around, sipping his soda, not doing anything while the others were working on making sandwiches. It was actually really sad. Management needs to get ahold of this place before they lose business and have to close their doors.

    Ordered a giant sandwich for $19 but got a regular size sandwich, tried to call over there to speak to a manager but no answer.. HORRIBLE SERVICE
