  Idk if it was accident or just pure hate cause you guys got my order wrong and denied it I order this on the app didnt wanted it plain cheese like omg wow this cost like $26 along with cheesy bread which didn't have the pepperoni along with not I including my diet coke they denied they did anything wrong but gave me a $16 credit came in the young manager lady seemed to have an attitude when I told them about the situation they just didnt care say sorry you experience that. They said it would it take 25 mins and its already over 40 min wait haven't got my pizza yet then came back in another 10 mins pizza ready notice the was rock or something in front of the door enteremce way like they thought I wouldn't see it and waiting there for like 5 to 8 mins not busy just still standing there until finally another employee comes heres ur order raises his voice at me saying I want napkins like omg. Wow whats wrong with these ppl very mean and inconsiderate!!!!! I will never come back to this location just cause of there hateful attitude and I'm sure they purposely hacked my order messed with my pizza that cost me $35 just cause you are very hateful ignorant person!!!!! I will be sure to tell everyone not to eat here cause of how awful they are and how there employees just very rude and hateful ppl!!!!!!!!!!

  I placed an order for a pizza and the ladybon the phone said it'd take 15 minutes for it to be delivered. 40 minutes go by so I call back. The new guy on the phone said the reason why it hasnt been delivered is because it was set for pickup, he said that for it to be delivered, it'd take around an hour. We just decided to go in-store to pick up our pizza. We walk in and the guy spoke to us in a very condescending tone, making it sound as if we were stupid for not wanting to wait an entire extra hour ontop of the initial 40 minutes we had already waited. He told us "Well you didnt tell me that you were going to pick it up on the phone so its out for delivery" We just left. Being treated like were stupid is very poor customer service, we will not be coming back to this establishment.

  I tried to use the app for delivery and it won't work. A message came up telling me to call the store so I did the employee that answer my call told me that I CAN NOT USE THE 9.99 DEAL ITS ONLY ON LINE I EXPECTED TO HER THE APP NOT WORKING SHE REPLY BACK TO ME LIKE I SAID ITS ONLY FOR THE APP.. SO UNFORTUNATELY I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DOMINO'S

  they forgot to put pepperoni on my pizza I took it back and they would not refund my order. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

  Update: tried ordering again, this time around 5. Pizza didn’t arrive for over an hour, got the same old “that order didn’t go the way we expected!” Email. I tipped and the delivery driver said NOTHING to me after thanking him. I’ll add this location to my list of places to not do business with and I will also tell all the guests at my job as well. Whoever’s running this location needs to get their act together or go work somewhere else. It looks like others are experiencing the same frustration I’m experiencing and I will be talking to a manager about this. Yall close at 1AM tonight. My order was placed at 11:30pm. I get a call not even a minute later telling me they’re cancelling my order and that they don’t want their drivers out past midnight. Why are you guys open til 1AM then? This is absolutely insane, especially the fact I have to wait until next Wednesday to have the funds back on my card. Just placed an order with Papa John’s; who closes at midnight mind you. And they did not cancel my order.
