  food was good as always but really set this visit over the top was the amazing, helpful and kind service we got from roxey p! she is the best ever!

  I got some meals for the littles and when I got the food they had forgotten both the drinks and the prizes(treats) so we basically got half of what we paid for.

  This location has the absolute best service compared to any Chick Fila, my son and I have ever visited. Miss Eva is the kindest employee that I have ever met, going above and beyond with assisting us.

  I ordered an Iced vanilla coffee with 3 vanilla creamer instead of milk. When it was delivered, it came as black as black can be. There was not even vanilla syrup in it. Just ice and coffee. This is not the first time they messed up my coffee order. I have my stuff delivered to my work place, so I can't go and have them fix it. This is so frustrating.

  I just wanted to let Chick Fli A in farmington know that there prices are insane now that I have compared them to three different locations. Why am I paying 12.05 for a meal when I go to like Albuquerque and it range from 9.35 to 11.47 been the highest price. The prices at farmington, nm location have been high for a very long time, the owner should make it around $10.30 cent or even better 9 dollars for a chick fli deluxe meal. Also, they tend to forgot your order or they do not have the correct order. In addition what is with this place not having mints, straws, spoons, forks out. This location is stingy with their sauces and straws. They are also stingy with other things. Also, you should allow more of the mints from chick flia to be out on your counter so we can grab a bunch. Depending on the day you go you either get a grumpy employee or nice one, not a bad place. Though, they could do better sometime they do not fill up your large fries all the way and it like you are getting medium fries. The fries have not been fresh as they usually are and tasted old or really salty. The chicken strips are always golden, got give hands down on those. There are delicious, although you should fill up your ice cream dessert in cup to the top at least and not just half way or when we get a cone make ice cream cone better. We should also get refills for strawberry hisbcuis. Just a few things you guys could do better at, there are always things you are great at like keeping your dining room clean, bathroom varies depending on the day and time. This chick flia location is not like it used to be, there seems to be a lot of disconnections with the employees and communication overall in this place. It was great the first 2 years it open and went down instead of improving. Like others have say check your food before you leave, like really check it. If you got a sandwich open it to make sure that it what you order, it might have the correct sticker but the wrong sandwich. There been multiple times I order original chicken sandwich deluxe and I got spicy. I would especially check when you have order more than two sandwiches or even nuggets, strips because they tend to mess up more, for instance they have given me 2 chicken strips when I have order 4 and it crazy because it like 7.09 just for the strips. So be warn double check your order no matter what, actually open up your boxes to make sure it correct. I wish the food was all fresh, this place is just not the same as it used be. I do not know what happene, disappointed 😕.
