- KPKarolyne Placencio6 days ago5.0I called the local Baskin-Robbins in Farmington, NM and spoke with Hope. It was so nice to speak with a pleasant person and she helped me order a cake over the phone. The app required a 48-hour notice and I need the cake earlier (43 hours). She said she would pick a design for me and she asked the manager about putting the number birthday candles on the side as well. Too bad she won't be working Saturday when I go pick up the cake. Thank you, Hope!

The ice cream coolers are dirty and repaired with clear tape which is all rancid and ends peeling up. As a result my ice cream was soft and soupy. There were 3 employees on staff that all had greasy hair and looked like their hands needed washing, but thats probably difficult when the bathroom didnt have proper stocking of hygienic items. Plus the added bonus of greasy finger prints allover the front door going out

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
