  I' go pretty regularly but the lady named Daisy is EXTREMELY unprofessional I believe she is the manager, they are ALWAYS out of things, you'd think you would know how much inventory to order. Lmao. I was talking with one of the workers ordering my drinks and just chatting she completely cut us off and said "keep the line moving" in a horrible tone. It's not the first time I've known people to have an awful encounter with this lady even to her staff she seems horrible . Seems they need to find better management. People who actually are nice and know how to be a manager. Cause whatever is going on not clearly isn't working.

  I’ve enjoyed coming here since they opened last year, but two recent visits were ruined by unprofessional service from a young male manager. ​My family and I regularly order customized drinks at this location. During the first encounter, this manager aggressively confronted me at the register, claiming my standard customization couldn't be made. While his coworkers eventually figured out how to ring it up and confirmed it was a regular item in my order history, his tone was entirely uncalled for. ​Today, the same manager interrupted another manager who was taking my order to claim I was "knowingly breaking rules" by ordering this customization. Had management simply explained this to me politely from the start, I would have happily taken my business elsewhere. Instead, I was met with hostility twice over a routine order. For a business that claims to cultivate kindness, the communication here severely lacks it. ​The music is often so loud it’s hard to hear or have a conversation. ​Also, drive carefully as employees frequently step out in front of cars without looking in the pick up area.

  Eliana is the sweetest girl and holds great conversation every time I go. She is always so kind. Definitely a gem at this branch.
