  Came right when they closed allowed me to order one drink they made it and when I tried to pay they said no cash and all I carry is cash. Tried paying with card took $3 out of account remaining $4 balance didn’t let me take the drink dumped it outside right in my face and was called the worst customer ever. Could of told me it’s card only before making the drink? Employee name is McKenzie. Felt disrespected and was robbed

  I don't normally write reviews but I come too often to this place, I'm more of a regular🤗. I see the people that work here and I'm familiar with who they are, they are always so nice and greeting with great customer service... but one person in particular that started there, to my perspective she lacks customer service and seems to have attitude. Don't know her name but she happens to have glasses though. Whenever I stop to get my usuals, either when shes taking orders, she's just straightforward with a straightface. Nor if shes at the end giving our order, she hands me my drink and turns aways to get the next order for the person behind me without acknowledging me like "have a good", "enjoy the rest of your day", etc. I use to be a Assistant Manager at a cafe before, if I see an employee that happens to be acting like, I'd be talking to them from the side or either in my office and inform them they need to stop with the attitude or go home, nor if they don't like the job then its simply not gonna workout for you here.

  Spent like round $ 24.00 dollars for 4 drinks, and coffee is delicious. Definitely will be coming back

  2 LINES TO HELP MOVE IT ALONG!!! MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT INTO THE 2ND LINE THAT OTHER DIDN'T WANT TO GO IN AND THE GIRLS TAKING ORDERS SKIPPED US !!! WE SAT THERE WAITING AS THE OTHER LINE KEPT MOVING!! IF YOUR NOT GONNA USE THE OTHER LINE TAKE IT DOWN! AND THE GIRLS WERE VERY RUDE!!!! SOME OF THEM NEED TO HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS!! VERY VERY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!!!
