  ⭐ 1/5 STARS — IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! PIZZA EMERGENCY — ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! I genuinely don’t even know where to begin. From the disgusting food to the horrible customer service, this entire experience was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE! First of all, WHY ARE THERE DOGS RUNNING AROUND INSIDE THE RESTAURANT, BEGGING CUSTOMERS FOR FOOD?! We came to enjoy a meal with our family, not sit in a restaurant with animals roaming around begging at people’s tables. It was completely unappetizing and made us seriously question the cleanliness of the establishment. Then there’s the service, which was just as terrible as the food. We asked for FOUR waters for the kids and my stepmother. We received THREE. We ordered TWO sodas and received ONE. We asked AGAIN for the missing soda, and it STILL never arrived! How difficult is it to bring customers the drinks they ordered? And the FOOD? ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING! The pizza came out barely warm, tasted disgusting, and was so unappetizing that NOT EVEN MY KIDS WANTED TO EAT IT! When children turn down pizza, that should tell you something! The salad was no better. It was warm, the dressings were warm, and the entire meal was so unpleasant that I honestly felt sick to my stomach. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to eat the food we had paid for. But here’s where it gets even worse. When we asked for the drinks we NEVER RECEIVED to be removed from our bill, THEY REFUSED! That’s right. They expected us to pay for items they couldn’t even be bothered to bring to our table. We even spoke directly to the OWNER, thinking surely someone running a business would care about their customers’ experience. WRONG! From our interaction, he couldn’t have seemed less concerned. So we ended up paying for a meal that nobody ate, drinks we never received, and an experience that left us disgusted. And before anyone says we should have taken the leftovers home, absolutely NOT. The food was so bad that I wouldn’t have felt right giving it to someone experiencing homelessness. Nobody deserves to be handed food that unpleasant. We left it behind, and at that point, the dogs roaming around the restaurant seemed more interested in it than we were. PIZZA EMERGENCY NEEDS AN EMERGENCY OF ITS OWN — BETTER FOOD, BETTER SERVICE, BETTER MANAGEMENT, AND SOME BASIC STANDARDS OF CLEANLINESS! I don’t expect every restaurant to be perfect, but I DO expect edible food, the drinks I ordered, a reasonably clean dining environment, and an owner who takes customer complaints seriously. SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR APPETITE, AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This wasn’t just a disappointing meal. It was a complete waste of money, time, and patience. NEVER AGAIN. ZERO STARS IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE.

  We ate there the other night as a celebration dinner after our daughter won her very first basketball game. The service was incredible!!!! Everybody there was so nice and the owner truly went out of his way. He even gave our kids free toys from the machine. The place including the bathroom was very clean. The pizza was excellent!! Very tasty and cheesy. It was our first time and we will definitely be back!

  First and last time coming into that "restaurant" food was not good at all and they didn't even brought what we order and it was expensive too DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

  Llegando a cenar esperando comer rico pero fue una de desilusión. La sopapilla estaba salado, la mother burguer el pan súper mojado y low carb burguer nunca llegó a la mesa 😵‍💫 primera y última vez en este restaurante. I arrived for dinner expecting a good meal, but it was a huge disappointment. The sopapilla was salty, the Mother Burger's bun was soggy, and the low-carb burger never arrived at the table 😵‍💫 First and last time at this restaurant.

  The staff at Pizza Emergency are always friendly and very helpful! The pizza we picked up last night was amazing!
