Me and my boyfriend frequently buy drinks here and have enjoyed the wide variety of drinks and flavors.. but, it's either we get great service or we get rude service. There's specific workers who are rude and give dirty looks and others who are friendly and helpful w a smile. Those we appreciate. The other make us not want to return. We spend our hard earned money and wish every visit was the same.

We waited 51 minutes for an order containing 3 drinks. When we pulled up the person that came to the car said they just got slammed and were understaffed. We said no problem thinking it would be 15 minutes or so. Instead it was almost an hour while we watched multiple staff members on their phones and just standing around talking. 7 or more staff there, it was only 3-4 of them (the young man with reddish hair working the outside lane was one) actually working. We finally get to the front and our order is not even in the system. Now…the drinks, DELICIOUS!! Hands down the best sugar-free flavored coffee I have ever had. I hope it’s sugar-free, I guess we will see if I get sick within the hour. If I’m the owner I’m making sure there is something to hold these employees accountable. Even with a line to the end of the driveway, 50 minutes is too long, even for a delicious cup of coffee. :) Update - There was sugar in my coffee. I drank less than 1/4 of it and my diabetes went haywire. Not great at all.

As a military member, I’m constantly on the go and really appreciate places that are quick, consistent, and welcoming. 7 Brew absolutely delivers on all three. The staff is always incredibly friendly, the service is fast even when they’re busy, and they genuinely make you feel appreciated every time you pull through.
