  They always mess up on orders. Either give you more than you ordered or dont give you what you ordered. I suppose if you dont make things complicated they might get orders right.

  I ordered the 10 pice Deablo Crispy Chicken Nuggets. They did not have very much or close to nothing of Diablo powder on them, and they were extremely small. I ordered them a few times, but they always came out the same, if not worse than the last. I ordered them at another Taco Bell location, and they were filled with powder and bigger than the ones sold in Española NM. Same with the nacho fries. I ordered large nacho fries in Española, and they filled it half way. You think they nibbled on some before giving them to me at the window. Taco Bell has gotten costly and not worth it if there not making the orders right. Not satisfied with this pace and would not recommend to anyone.

  Food was cold today. Cheese was not melted. Most of the time is good. Restaurants was clean.

  Went and got lunch not only is their point system down and has been for months. Which is a pain because I have to scan the receipts or enter in an annoyingly long number. But these nasty burnt chicken nuggets were beyond unsatisfying to say the least we didn’t even eat because of it. Just gross to say the least. And can’t even upload pictures to app so their corporate office can see this as well…

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Straight up some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced! They forgot to give me an item I ordered, which is a simple mistake right? So I decided to park and go inside because the drive through line was super busy. When I went in, not only were they ignoring several customers trying to order but when I asked for the item that was missing. I was called a liar by the front and back of house staff. Mind you I brought in all the food I had ordered to show the item that was missing and I was simply told to leave. Moral of the story this place will cheat you out of food and will ignore you if you go inside. Save yourself the hassle and get food anywhere else.
