  I waited 35 minutes for a online order I placed this has happened 3 times already never going back to this location I would suggest investigating workers I see them not doing their job hanging out in the back by drive through I rarely give reviews online but this one irritated me.

  Absolutely ridiculous service the owner John should be very very unamused 0 this place is a joke 0 sexual harassment number one this place is ridiculous

  We went through the drive-thru to try their breakfast - there we no cars in front of or behind us, but it took at least 15 minutes to get our food. There was no acknowledgement of this long wait, and we only got three items (a sandwich, a burrito, and a coffee). To top it off, the sandwich was fairly tasteless.

  Staff are rude. They charge for extra or to add anything (which is expected) but if your charging for it can you make sure to at least add it? I could've gone back but I'd rather not deal with their snobby attitudes. I was charged to add green chile to a burger and they didnt add it. I'm not complaining about the charge im complaining about their attitudes. Could've been a simple fix but I didn't want to deal with it. So heres my review.

  I've been to the location several times hoping that the service would improve. To my dismay, it hasn't. This last visit, I used the SONIC APP and ordered ahead hoping to avoid the long wait. I got there 5 minutes prior to my pickup time and ended up waiting 30 minutes after checking I at my stall. Unless you have time to wait, I wouldn't waste my time at this SONIC location. Head farther north in Española and stop at SONIC.
