  Placed a mobile order and when it was brought out to me i was missing my fries. I went inside and wauted at the counter for iver 5 minutes while multiple employees looked at me and didn't say anything to me.

  Two rude psycho managers were screaming the entire time they made the atmosphere very uncomfortable for me and my children. I felt very unwelcome. The food was awful. The managers had extremely bitchy looks on their faces. Customer service was bad. Overall horrible uncomfortable place to eat. I will never come here again.

  I generally don’t leave any kind of reviews and give this place the benefit of the doubt. The service here is terrible. You’re asked to pull forward in the drive through every time, it then takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your food. This time I received most of my meal and was asked to pull forward to wait for one more item. After ten minutes of waiting I went in to see what was wrong. They told me they were going to start making it then.

  Had to wait at the order window. Lady taking order was frustrating. Lady at pay window also made that frustrating. Burgers were mangled and burnt. Hire some functioning humans to operate your burger stop, and maybe consider making sure they understand how to operate the incredibly complex tool that is a sandwich wrapper.

  Worst mcdonalds ever. They actually managed to burn the burgers. Didnt know that was possible at mcdonalds. Rude staff was a bonus.
