  I am writing to file a complaint regarding the customer service I received during my recent visit to Sonic. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Her tone and attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, even if the restaurant is busy or there is an issue with an order. I understand that employees can have difficult or stressful days, but speaking rudely to customers is not acceptable. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and believe management should be made aware of this situation so it can be addressed appropriately. I hope Sonic takes this complaint seriously and ensures that customers are treated politely and professionally in the future. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern. If you tell me exactly what the lady said or did, I can make the complaint more detailed and stronger.

  Went for a couple drinks at 12 am and I told the lady my order was wrong. She was rude told me I’m not going to remake it and slam the window on us. We got her to remake it and when we left we noticed we were missing a drink. We went back and asked nicely she’s missing one and she was rude to my wife and cussing at her. Never going again if she’s working.

  Order to 2 strawberry shakes and they were vanilla I told the girl I had ordered strawberry and she insisted they were I showed her and she got mad took them to the back kitchen then came back with the same cup and just pour a little bit of strawberry syrup and the just had a swirl of strawberry oh and the cup had something brown 🤮 no sure if she did something to them. Bad customer service
