  Had question & this rude employee answers with attitude & calling me names. I don’t know who works at 11:40pm on Saturday nights & it was a girl who answered. Super rude & disrespectful, person needs to be removed from the store if she is gonna keep treating customers like this.

  Food is good, besides the fries they always taste old... onion rings are always hot and fresh though, patty melts are bomb, service is okay depending on the staff

  ​On Thursday, 9/24/26, during a power outage at my house due to the heavy rain, I visited your drive-thru to get dinner because your power was still on. At the menu board, the rain was coming down sideways directly into my car window, making it impossible to see or hear the employee. To protect my car's interior and actually communicate, I pulled up directly to the drive-thru window—which was sheltered from the rain—to ask if I could place my order there. Instead of accommodating me, the employee opened the window, told me I had to order at the menu board, shut the window, and waved for me to loop back around. This is easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this location to friends. Management should address this complete lack of basic customer care and common sense. Unbelievable!!

  Do not go through the drive through unless you have at a minimum 30 minutes to waste (that is only if you are the only car in the drive through, add an additional 10-15 minutes per car in front of you. Tried using the drive through sit at the speaker for about 5 minutes I kept asking if anyone was there. Finally they answered (there was one vehicle in front of me in the lane who had already ordered. After waiting for almost 30 minutes to pay and get I food I drove off without anything because the vehicle in front of me still had not received their food and I got tired of waiting. This is one of the worst ran fast food (if you can even call it that) in Clovis. Recommend you go elsewhere unless you have lots of time to kill.
