Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Had had privilege of being served by employee named jazz. Jazz was very helpful considering it gave excellent service, was well-mannered, and is a benefit to your business. I have observed him on several occasions. He is always performed well, and is a great representation of your company.

When I visited, we met Jaz in the front taking orders, bringing food, cleaning trash and all with a smile. She is amazing and made our visit exceptional. Food was delivered fast and was delicious.

Love the fact that you are in Clovis but yet again service is horrible workers that don't really care every time we get home with a order it's incorrect how hard is it to put stuff in a bag and hand it to customer. Your business will suffer very quickly unless you get this under control look at the other fast food places that have opened and closed in Clovis 90% due to crap service. Please get this under control before people stop eating and this business closes also. Thanks hope it gets better

Ordered a just a plain dry double cheese burger with pickles only and had to send it back 3 times before they got it right. The cook was rude and the front desk was uncaring. Service was awful, the food was somewhat decent. Wont be returning until night shift is better.🤦♀️

For a company that focuses heavily on the ability to make special orders, this newer location is having a really hard time getting on board. I've come here three times since it opened, several weeks in between. Each time, they've gotten my order wrong in at least two ways.
Recently, I was there at 5:30 in the morning. I was the only customer the entire time. I only asked for two modifications, one of which is no ice in my drink. She repeated it back to me, it's on the receipt, yet I watched her shove that cup under the ice thing. I also was just straight up missing an item, which has happened all three times.
I understand getting something wrong when you are slammed, which I would say the first two times they were fairly busy because it's a newew restaurant. But when I am literally your only customer and there are three people working, you would think they would have the capacity to make sure they're getting my order correct. It wasn't a complicated order. It shouldn't take too much effort to look at the screen before you make the item or hand me my bag. Yet at least two of these three were already on autopilot.
This tells me that the problem is not that they get too busy and get in the weeds. The problem is that they are not being trained to double check orders. It's a real bummer than this town has waited for decades for Whataburger to show up and in the months it's been here, it still can't hit its stride.
All that being said, when the food is right, the food is incredible. The staff is fairly friendly. Maybe a little distracted. But they're definitely not rude.
Just... Focus up.
