  U know being some one who worked in fast food as a manager for 22 years before starting my own business I understand that mistakes are made and majority of the time I don't even go back when this McDonald's messes up my order...And I am not a picky person but at this point I am tired of not getting what I paid for...I have been coming to this location for years every day...I called a few days ago and told a kind lady that I didn't get the bacon I added to my McMuffin and that I couldn't come back today cause my truck is in the shop being worked on and I don't want to walk back that day...She said just to give them her name when I'm able to go back and they will remake it ...I go today and I told them and they said they can't remake it cause I don't have the recipe...But most of the time I go they don't even give me a recipe...And on top of all that most of the employees are very rude especially one of the managers that has apparently been there for years...That manager needs to either be fired or quite if she doesn't like her job...I for one am tired of being disrespected just about every time I go there and my order being messed up because of the poor leadership and training they have there and will definitely not be going back any more...I will take my business to sonic every morning for my coffee and breakfast from this point on...And to the owner of this location my advice as a business owner I would take a good look at your employees and there customers service and how they are treating your customers because they tend to laugh in there faces when confronted about something wrong with there order...

  Muffin was stale and potatoes petrified. Very disappointing at 4am.

  Not sure if the lady at the window was having a bad day, but there's absolutely no reason to be that rude to customers in the drive-through. All I was asking was for sauce with the family size of nuggets that I paid for. If I need to pay for sauces, that's fine, but you can tell me that. But for the third time of going to that McDonald's, I did not get sauces that I requested.

  The young guy working the widow this morning was so very thoughtful, very respectful and even gave me milk bones and a pup cup for my dog while I waited. You don't see much of that respect and kindness anymore. He definitely deserves a raise! Wish I would have gotten his name. But it was the early shift I went around 445 am. Great kid, made my day
