Wings are stale, sparse, and dry. Best entree is the double cheeseburger and it is good. Service is slow (1hr from seating to main food delivery for 2ppl) and somewhat unfriendly, depending on the staff member. Atmosphere leaves much to be desired for a sports bar (NBA playoffs game audio not put on sound system). I'm a occasional visitor but the overall quality has been in serious decline since COVID and I now avoid unless meeting friends or business.

Horrible Service When Ordering For Delivery! They Either Give Is The Wrong Orders, Never Give Our Delivery Driver Our Drinks, Or Take Over An Hour Before Handing Driver Our Meals!!!! SMH They Not Only Waste Our Time But The Drivers As Well, Very Upsetting!

With a light crowd it took 20 minutes to get beers. Almost a hour to get food. Had to get another order of onion rings as they gave me a small. They don’t train the staff. Paying took 39 minutes to get right. We have to pay separate bills and even wrapping the cards they messed it up charging some of us by charging people for other peoples food.

The service here is terrible, and the food is mediocre. It’s a shame, because the restaurant has potential. With other restaurants on Prince Street like Chili’s, I wonder how long they’ll be able to keep this complete lack of focus on the customer up before it tanks them.

We’ve lived in Clovis for a year and have tried Buffalo Wild Wings three different times hoping it would get better, but Friday night was enough for us. The place honestly was not busy, which made the service even more frustrating. We waited a few minutes in the empty restaurant waiting for them to triage tables which seemed like a huge struggle. Miguel was our server, and it felt like every interaction was rushed. He would walk up, ask one person something, then immediately take off before the rest of the table could respond. At one point my friend literally had to call out “Miguel!” because he walked away before anyone else could order drinks, but he either ignored it or didn’t hear us. I ordered endless apps and asked for ranch with the order. My friend asked for marinara. Neither ever came. We reminded him multiple times throughout the night and still nothing. Then my friend ordered a Blue Moon and we waited so long we genuinely assumed he forgot about it too. We sat there through two rounds of trivia waiting on it with no check-ins while Miguel spent a ton of time standing around talking at the bar instead of checking on tables. We were right in front of the bar and even looking at him, waving at him, etc didn’t clue him in to his disastrous service. The craziest part was the Blue Moon finally came out 45 minutes later, after we had already paid and were walking out to leave the restaurant. The bartender walked up confused asking if we had ordered it and we were just stunned at that point. Then to top it off, one of our friends forgot their full meal of leftovers at the table. We walked back in just a literal 2 minutes later and they had already thrown everything away. Funny how the table could sit ignored forever, but the second we step out the door suddenly things move fast so you can get the checks and see what the tip was. This was a friend’s going away dinner from Cannon. Totally ruined the night and we were left going to other places to get desserts and drinks because lord knows we would’ve been here for another three hours trying to get that done. Three visits, same problems every time over the last year: long waits, forgotten items, and servers that barely check on you. We won’t be back.
