Ordered 10 honey garlic wings, turns out they were actually mango habanero…. Told the staff and the manager said "honey garlic has a little kick to it"… this wasn’t a little kick my husband got the jammin jalapeño and mine was way spicer than his. Very upset with how the manager chose to handle this situation… the manager didn’t even come up to us…I barely ate after that because my mouth was on fire for over 10 minutes..

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings. To start, the draft beer wasn’t working properly so they were not able to sell any draft beers. Then asked our server options for the bottle beers and there was only 4-5 to choose from. So then proceeded to order one of their new mixed cocktails to only get told they’re out as well. Not a good start. We then asked the server if there was any food that they were out of. He informed us that they have everything food wise. We ordered a few appetizers and wings as well. Then the server informed us he would space the timing of our food so our appetizers would come out first. After waiting for what felt like 30 mins he comes out to inform us there is SO many orders on the screen to where the kitchen can’t keep up. Mind you there’s only 6 other small tables around and a few people at the bar. Not busy at all. After waiting another 10 minutes, our wings come out. We mentioned we never received our appetizers and were informed once again they’re still being made which was very irritating. After some time a manager came to our table to inform us he will take off our appetizers and give us a discount on the whole bill as well. We told our server to just cancel the appetizers as we were finished eating at this point and wanted to leave. So really there was no discount on our check at all. This was such a horrible experience down to the staff, management, and food. Just drive to Amarillo or Lubbock if you ever want to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings.

I’m doing a 2 star review because at least they made me laugh as I walked out. I go to order the pick 4 sampler and I’m told they can’t do that because the fryer is down. So I inquire which fried items are not available and the items I wanted are available. So I’m like great, but I’m told they would have to charge each separately and it will cost more. The waitress was kind and said it’s silly. I agreed and left on principle. In response to the response. I’m sure I will return at some point. I work in customer service and if there’s an issue where the customer is inconvenienced by problems with our system, the solution isn’t to charge them more. I’d rather take a loss on the sale than have the embarrassing customer experience. The funny part of this situation is that my meal was free regardless because my company was paying for it. We left because we understand that’s not how good businesses operate and to support it would be wrong. I will give you another chance.

We stopped here while traveling from out of town, and after this experience, never again. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks, and once they arrived, I had to ask the server if we could even order. We ordered the Pick 2 meal advertised at $20, yet somehow our bill ended up being $64. I asked for the receipt to be texted to me, but of course, that never came through either, so I can’t even see what we were charged for. The server was friendly, but the service was awful. We had to ask multiple times for refills, which took another 10 minutes. We also added the $4.99 pizza cookie, but it appears we may have been charged full price. Again, no receipt, so who knows? Then came the food. Our dessert took an extra 30 minutes because the kitchen forgot to make it, and somehow that was the only thing that arrived warm. The wings were cold and disgusting, and the fries and cheese curds were also cold and tasted like they had been sitting around for hours. The best part? Our server never once asked how our food was, despite an entire plate of wings sitting completely untouched on the table. Apparently, an untouched plate of food isn’t enough of a hint that something might be wrong. Overall, an absolutely horrible experience. I don’t even cook, and I’m pretty sure I could make better wings than this.If you have another option, take it. Save your money and keep driving.

I'm writing this review after debating whether or not to post it but customers need to know what to expect when they visit an establishment, especially when it involves hospitality and service. A friend of mine who managed a district for a large restaraunt chain for many years encouraged me to write this. (Not only for future customers but because restaraunts rely on feedback in order to maintain a high standard of service and quality meals for their customers. I came to Buffalo Wild Wings to have lunch and watch the world cup final, This was my second time coming here. When I arrived, there wasn't a hostess to greet me and there wasn't a sign posted instructing me to wait to be seated yet there were many open tables. So..same as my previous visit I proceeded to seat myself and enjoy a pleaseant lunch while watching a sporting event. This time was different, same situation..no hostess and plenty of open tables, so I proceeded to seat myself when an employee, a manager in my opinion wearing a gold name tag abruptly addresses me. She asks "Can I help you sir"? (her tonality had much to be desired). Upon explaining to her that I was sitting down to have lunch and watch the game it was explained to me there are people who work there that do that job. That's fine but please, these situations need to be handled tactfully. I felt like I was being lectured. As I looked around I could see that this incident was drawing attention to me and making me feel uncomfortable. Needless to say a little embarrassing. Here is a photo to show you..No hostess and no wait to be seated sign. To the owner, please don't ask me to fill out a form to provide feedback. This is your feedback. Regretfully, Paying customer
