  This place was COMPLETE TRASH. Im not one to leave a negative review, but this needs to be heard considering this is the only location in a small town. 1. The floors and tables were DISGUSTING. Trash everywhere! 2. We walked in and were not even greeted (okay were from dallas we 100% expect this), but what really made me upset was we stood at the counter waiting to be serviced for over 5 minutes while everyone in the back was staring at us. (If you’re short handed its so easy to say “ill be with u in just a minute” so we had to order online. Which not a big deal we normally do anyway but its just the principle of customer service considering you are the only one in town! As soon as our food got ready, we saw it on the screen for five minutes that it was ready that we stood up there because we saw that it was ready, and the employee continued to call out other names other than ours, and we still stood up there and I had to tell the employee hey “personsfood is ready. Can I get that and then he handed it to me? “

  They messed up my order Really bad I asked for mango habanero and they gave me original hot and I asked for ranch and they gave me blue cheese

  Place is disgusting. I agree and soda spilled over the floor and for over an hour no one cleaned it up. I ordered food for me and my family. 38 minutes passed by and they kept serving other people who came after. I go and ask and my food is tossed on rack in corner with grease coming through bag showing me it’s been sitting for a while. The young lady at register has an attitude, and rolling her eyes while eating at the register and they didn’t even know what came with the meal nor did they know how the $10 meals worked. Very disgusting environment to eat food, service was horrible and some of our wings were not even cooked fully. Machine was out of ice for about 15 minutes. I have no clue who manages this restaurant but please re train your employees, yourself and please do better! 1/5 stars. Seems to me everyone in Carlsbad just has no choice but to eat here if they want wing stop. This establishment needs a review and the FDA to come and check this place out. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is just absolutely horrible service and everyone behind that counter needs to be replaced. Even the “manager” was so nonchalant about everything and was like oh your food must’ve just came out as I saw my bag sitting there for a while but not knowing it was mine as I thought it was takeout food since my family and I were dining in.

  Filthiest wing stop I’ve ever been too! Starting with the young skinny girl with ugly teeth at the front with an attitude, didn’t know anybody, was disrespectful, was eating while taking the order and when she didn’t want to take our order just walked away and didn’t come back. She hid in the back and didn’t come back out under someone else was done taking our order. The one helping us was also not very helpful. Then the tables were dirty the floor had puddles everywhere and they were all aware of the mess. The manager didn’t do anything. Save your money and go somewhere else unless you want to go to the worst wing stop in the U.S. Best believe I’m emailing Amy Flores the general manager. To follow they had our food on a corner for 40+ minutes until we asked if it was ready. The useless employee immediately rolled her eyes at us and said she was getting the “manager” if you can call her that. Just for her to see it was cold and on a corner and said “oh it probably just came out” those wings were hard and cold. The lemon pepper had zero seasoning. Literally top worst places I’ve ever been too and spent over $60 for my family to receive bad food and bad service.

  Don’t buy wings from here. I don’t care how many beers deep you are, they still taste terrible the employees should be fired.
