  Slowest Sonic on the planet hand down. Nearly 30 minutes to get one drink so far……finally gave up. 40 minute wait for a drink. Absolutely horrible.

  Worst sonic i have ever been to. Been waiting for our food (a simple order) for almost an hour. When asked what the hold up was, was told we just had to keep waiting.

  Drive through service was very slow. Only 1 customer ahead of us and no one in the booths. Order wasn't correct. Absolutely no customer service!

  OK, we pulled up to the stall hit the button.They told us they were not taking orders only over the phone or the drive through. So we ordered on the app after having already waited 10 minutes being told that we could only go through the drive through 25 minutes later, we get customer service attendant out to the car, telling us that they do not have slushies and the machine is not working asking if we wanted a refund or anything else. We simply waited 35 minutes to get his 4 service.And I am just now reading the reviews.The reviews have been terrible for over a year at this place.This place needs to be shut down seems to be just a bunch of kids running it and no real leadership.

  we were one of two cars and waited almost 15 minutes for them to take our order. it was lunch hour and the employees told us that the person in front of us ordered 10 burgers, so they couldn't take our order yet. we left.
