  Worse service ever stalls don’t work and had to do drive thru but waited for 30 mins and they told us to hold on so we just left employees were just standing there not helping so far worse experience ever

  Placed an online order at 6:24pm for 3 drinks(2 large, 1small Large Mozzarella). Had to walk up to the patio at 6:45 to receive my order, all drinks were wrong. had them remade, still came out wrong. tried to call and call and call the store with no answer. Let’s see if 3rd times a charm

  This place needs new management or something. They were out of burgers and ice cream. Which is ok.. I went to order chicken bites, then was told they were out. So I just got cheese sticks and told them I wanted cheese fries. I paid, got my food to see I got a regular cup of fries. They told me to park and go to the door along with 5 other customers who was told the same thing with messed up orders only to find out they had chicken strips & didn’t offer those to me since they were sold out of the bites. When I received the cheese fries, they gave me the wrong size and told me I ordered a small. Absolutely ridiculous..

  Placed an order on the app and parked at the mobile order pickup spots, after waiting for 20 minutes I decided to go through the drive through. It took me over 30 minutes to get through it and get my food, which ended up being cold. After reading the other reviews, I'm assuming they were to lazy to bring it out to me and it was sitting on the counter since I pulled in initially, while they said nothing. Waiting for me to either walk up or go through the drive through. I thought sonic was based on how the car hops would bring you the food, so you can sit back and relax, is it not any longer?
