  8 cars present when I arrived. Waited over 10 minutes to get to place an order. 2 stahl signs were broken. They had to ask what stahl I was in. A young girl came on and took my order, then immediately a young boy retook the order. Soda was mainly carbonation. The food was good.

  This Sonic is next to a McDonalds and they more for McDonald's business than any commercial ever did... I pulled up to a kiosk to place my order, pressed the button multiple times and never got anyone to take my order. I then pulled into the very long drive through line. While sitting there, the line was moving faster from people leaving the line going next door to McDonalds... I considered and wished i did that too. Even after I was able to place my order, it still took a long time to get to the window, where my best guess is that's when they started to cook my food... I saw where they were going out the side door taking food to other vehicles. I did not have anything out of the ordinary or any customization, just a burger combo direct from the menu. It took over an hour and half total from the time I was at the kiosk to getting my food.

  I have yet to learn my lesson about this store. It is close to my home and I have been going to it for about 20 years. I have called and tried to voice concerns over exceptionally long wait times. 5 drinks took 45 minutes, and we didn't even get the drinks we wanted as they were out. It is such a poorly run opperation. I don't know what level of management is to blame but there is certainly a major issue up to and including the ownership

  The worst place to purchase your food ever and each time I give it another try it gives me the same reason not to go back. The manager is the worst also staffing. Whenever you go to the intercom to order it seems as if you’re begging to order some food that’s not even good. I placed my order for some tenders and fries. When I got my order the tenders were so hard and the fries were so cold hard seems as if they had been there for however long and mind you while ordering I asked for fresh fries. I told the guy these fries an old an hard and I wanted fresh fries as requested. He went in a put the same fries I told was cold an hard back in the fryer a took them back to me. I turn to him an ask him do you think I’m stupid why did you guys rewarm the fries in the fryer to give to a customer. This is my last time going there until they get new management or something the worst place to purchase your food.
