  This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. I orderd 2 things, peppers and 1 drink. Should have read reviews before I was sitting in the line for so long.

  Shout out to Jacob who was the shift lead/manager at this North Carlsbad Sonic! We thought we had items in our order which turned out to be our mistake. Jacob was very professional and very courteous as he helped me with our order. Then placed my order for the items I needed. Thank you, Jacob!

  Screens don't work making it difficult to place an online order, it doesn't matter how many times you press the button below the screen no one is answering . Placed our SMALL order and guessed the stall number, sat for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered our button press nor did anyone come outside with our order. We made attempts to call the store and they would answer just to hang up without a "hello" or anything! We had to move to the drive through and sat another 25 minutes. We would have left if we didn't already spend the money, but there was no one to get ahold of to request our money back since they weren't answering phones. They marked our order as completed and we still didn't have it for another 10 minutes. I don't just blame the employees, I blame the corporations who fail to make this job worth having. Do better Sonic.
