  Service is extremely slow and staff are incompetent. You will wait up to 15 minutes for a single beverage. Order errors are the norm and they are unapologetic when they make a mistake, which will cause another 5-15 minute wait. Staffing problems are understandable in boomtown Carlsbad, and small problems are forgivable. But this location needs a complete training and staffing overhaul and a major customer service attitude adjustment.

  I try to stop here at least once a day. Of course some days are busier than others & I’m not able to, but I love this tea so much, it’s hard not to! However, this is my second time reaching enough points to receive a free gallon of tea(I always get the same, sweet reg) & the same thing happened as the last time. I get home, refrigerate it over night, then pour a fresh glass in the am. It tasted awful. It tasted really sour & not at all how the cups of tea tastes. I’m just curious if this has happened to other people? Also just truly upsetting that both times I’ve used my points for a “free” gallon, it tasted bad. 👎🏼

  Same great service and quality as all the HTeaO locations that I've neen to, but this one has an odd entrance and exit to it, definitely not meant for big pickups.....

  Will never recommend or be back! It was my first time going to this place and when I walked in I ask what they recommend and with a snarky attitude a tall boy around I want to say 16 who was working told me “I don’t know what you like I can’t help”. I felt like maybe he was just having a bad day and I went to sample some tea and finally got my order. When I went to check out no one was there to attend me. Finally a girl who seemed to be the manager finally came and assisted me with an attitude. Then she continue to talk to this boy completely ignoring me while flirting with that boy.In my eyes this was very disrespectful and not the customer service I expected
