  I only gave it three stars for Nate the bartender (only one I met)! Food was horrible twice in a row.

  We never got to eat there only one cook showed up for work, so there was a long line and a long wait people were mad and leaving it. It’s a very poorly run franchise.

  Horrible experience! We waited 45 min after being sat down to receive our drinks. We received our appetizers before getting our drinks and the appetizers were cold! After an hour and a half we received our food and it was extremely cold as well. Manager Eli was condescending and dismissive towards customers. He then tried charging us for food that we didn’t eat and received cold. Not once did the manager apologize or try making it better. We didn’t even see our server through out our whole time being there except when she asked for our drinks. I would definitely recommend you avoid this place and go to a different location.

  Food was really good... I like the burgers and boneless wings. I did the online ordering and had a few minor issues with the website (the time to pick up was an hour before the order was placed)

  We spent 2 1/2 hours of mostly waiting on something. The nachos they brought us were cold with hardly and cheese or toppings. They didn’t have any silverware, our server would disappear and we would have to try and catch her just to get a napkin or drink refill. There were people who came in after us who got their food and left before us. Horrible experience tonight!
