    I forgot how horrible BWW’s is. Food is pathetic and shouldn’t be served. Corporate, you need to have some self-respect and stop serving this trash. Food doesn’t match photo descriptions, doesn’t have advertised ingredients, pathetic vegetables served with my wings. SHUT THE DOORS TO EVERY LOCATION.

    Ordered online and when i got my food delivered man was it the worst wings ive ever seen, paid 60 dollars for the smallest wings literally and not only that it took more than an hour to be ready. First time ordering from here and wow was i disappointed never again.

    We had requested a tall table like baby we got sat in the corner at a low table our server wasn't pleasant and it's sad to see people waiting to be seated when there is plenty of tables open no management in site. Management should be taking orders and busting tables too.

    Very horrible service waited 35 minutes to be seated, the another 30minutes for our order to be taken, empty tables everywhere, staff just walking around, just left.

    Terrible service and the manager on duty was the absolute worst. Our waitress didn't check on us once after we ordered an appetizer and drinks. I went to the bar to order a second drink and told the bartender I'd cash out with her for the beer and lemonade since I had been wanting a while. The bartender acted like she was going to pour my drinks and took five-ever then the bald manager approached and she told me that the server would bring it to the table since I had an open tab with her. I asked her to have the server bring the check as well. Server showed up a few minutes later with the drinks and tab. I paid her and debated not tipping. I paid her $10 on a $40 tab and just mentioned I'd like to speak to the manager regarding my interaction with the manager and told the server it would have been nice to be checked on at least once but tipped her the $10 anyway. The manager came over and I told her that that I tipped the server and gave her feedback politely. I then told her that i would have preferred the bartender to tell me she would get my server rather than what she did, as I mentioned. I also told her that SHE could have handled the situation better. Rather than approaching me as if I did something wrong, she could have apologized and told me they would bring the drinks over. She was pretentiously gracious for the feedback. I ordered another beer with my server and went to the restroom. I came back and waited for the beer I ordered. When the server came back (empty handed) she told me she could only pour me a short beer. She couldn't tell me why. She tried to say something about last call and something about timing. I told her, nobody called last call and pointed out the time was sufficient. She had an attitude at this point and I asked for the manager. Here comes the manager with attitude and tried to tell me it was the law then said maybe it policy. She didnt know what she was talking about either. She then tried to tell me that she preferred to coach her employees and I told her that I gave her employee feedback not coaching and she said she wasnt aware of the interaction so I told her I provided her feedback in a kind way just as I had done with her and she should get facts before assuming. She said I will only get you a short beer and I said no thanks. She asked if I had paid my tab (which she had all of the opportunity to know without asking) and I told her yes. She said thanks and walked away. Both employees are trash. I wasn't rude, I did what I would prefer people did for me. I still tipped. Never again. This is absolute horrible service and the burden of terrible service falls 100% on this manager. Clearly feedback isnt appreciated at this location. All of the bad reviews have merit and my only intention was to help multiple employees tonight to improve yet was treated like crap for the effort. Having worked in the industry, I definitely expected better. We all have an off night but when approached kindly with tact and consideration to be treated like I was is the ultimate slap in the face. Ill be following up with the GM and expect similar treatment so I am posting the review for others to know that the desire for growth and better service at this location is not wanted.
