She ordered it on a cone but perhaps the young lady who is very minimal on customer service realize how nasty the cone square because she didn't bring it on a cone and then acted very offended when we asked for the cone. She should have told us! Meantime I wanted a Bavarian cream donut, but had to settle for a Boston cream donut. It was very tasteless and almost a little crusty on the outside. It's hard to get me to give a bad review on a donut shop. That said, this one definitely earned it

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
