  horrible customer service went there , no one knew what they were doing. i had a code for a sandwich he said he didn’t know how to do it and they haven’t trained him how but he’s the MANAGER. very rude definitely need new managers!!

  I had an outstanding experience at the Arby's on West Pierce in Carlsbad, and it’s clear that Ray, the manager, is doing an incredible job leading the team. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Ray was visible, engaged, and genuinely attentive — greeting guests, checking on orders, and making sure everyone felt welcomed and valued. He leads by example, and it shows in how friendly and helpful the entire staff is. I’ve never felt more taken care of at a fast-food restaurant. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, the food came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered, and everything felt thoughtfully executed. No sloppy sandwiches or forgotten items here — Ray clearly holds his team to a high standard and it pays off in every interaction. Carlsbad is lucky to have a manager like Ray who genuinely cares about the customer experience. If you want fast food done right with real hospitality and precision, this is the Arby’s to visit. Ray and his team are crushing it — five stars and highly recommended!

  We got the ham and Swiss box meal. It was very good. A good deal for the money. It would be nice if you could get the roast beef sandwich, tho.

  I placed a to go order this morning and when I went to pick it up they told me to pull around and park so we did. Keep in mind its about 80 degrees outside and we have no air conditioning in our car which is why I ordered before hand. We then waited for 20 mins before my husband went in and asked where our food was. He saw 3 workers sitting and eating while our food was ready. Ridiculous
