  Started out great when they first opened. Since then it has absolutely gone down hill. I have consistently sat in line for over an hour several times. It’s takes about 17 minutes for them to make drinks for 1 vehicle. Don’t recommend unless you want to sit in like for a hour and a half..

  2 separate occasions we have waited over 20 mins without moving a single car length and noone came out to take our order, ended up leaving and going to Starbucks.

  Absolutely horrible experience. Waited 25 minutes in line and then the team members did not even recognize my wife and I as we sat there and waited. They then proceeded to take orders in the other lane and never once said hello or that they would be with us in a moment. We finally drove off. Bottom line don’t go to this location as the service is horrible and there are better coffee shops in town.

  Was passing through and needed my fix stopped at this location and it was about a 40 min wait with ONLY 3 GIRLS working!! 6 cars on each lane. People drove off because they took forever which I understood because 2 girls were making drinks and 1 was taking orders on both lanes! But like what?! One girl making drinks would even come out to ask my order and go back in and make drinks. 7 brew needs to do better. Hire more people! The wait was ridiculous.
