  I come to 7Brew regularly and I enjoy my coffee every time. The customer service from a few workers are amazing, others could use some more training on customer service. Overall tho it’s a great place and I would highly recommend it. Yes it gets busy it’s the only 7brew in this area, be patient. If you see there is a line and you don’t have time take off. Ordering your drinks ahead does not save time just FYI

  Had a very bad experience today at this store. Seems this girls was more interested in chatting and hold a dog from the car in front of me. I never saw any money exchange between the customer in the cars driver whom I can only assume was a friend or coworker. I waited in line for a total of 20 minutes with 10 being one car behind. Not happy with this employee as this is not the first time this has happened with her just the first time I drove away without a drink. Went to the shell up the street and the clerks were being cool and didn't charge me. I love this 7 Brew go here daily but if I turn onto thomas and see her working I'll keep driving.

  This is honestly the slowest and worst 7brew I’ve ever been too. We waited for almost an hour for 4 drinks that we ordered ahead of time in the app. They messed up my order twice. I ordered an iced lavender oat milk chai with cold foam and the first time they gave me coffee and the second time they didn’t give me cold foam and half of the cup was empty because they thought it was light ice, which is not what I said nor what I ordered online.

  We waited an hour. Our drink got messed up twice. The drink was halfway filled the second time. Do not go to this 7brew. 🤬🤬
