Went today to get a 7 big deal today and the lady was rude when I had questions about it. Then I asked for a ranch on the box.i asked the same person I ordered from and she walked away saying yes I had ranch but I didn't. If you don't like your job go somewhere else. Best advice I can give.07/04/2026 went in today and got my meal which was wrong and went inside to complain and when I did Breanna if that's her real name, was rude to me once again. My burger was supposed to have green chili and they took it in the back and just added green chili to it instead of making it fresh what inconvenience. And poor managing skills.

Went threw the drive threw it was about 1 o'clock, the girl took our order with us having to repeat, we pull up to the window the girl did not greet, when she did open the window to greet she was rude. She handed us our drinks all we were waiting on was or tots and mozzarella sticks we asked for ketchup she got annoyed with that, then we had to ask for marinara sauce she gave us one and slammed the window on us. Rude service. I know places are short staffed, but you still need to be polite.

Really disappointed on how we get treated my dad was there waiting 25-30 mins for 2 drinks, and my dad don’t understand English very well and he was trying to communicate with the person at the window and they were laughing at my dad for not speaking English correctly, beyond disappointed because that is not how you treat your customers! Never again and this is not the first time it’s happened, my dad was that disappointed that he had to ask for a refund, also we do understand days that they are busy but today there were like 6 people and I was in booth 7 no cars were in drive through I was the only car and it was taking them that long to assist me, this problem needs to be resolved immediately! And here’s proof of the refund my mom was so upset
