  The last 5 times, the online ordering hasn't worked!!! Then the in your car ordering screens were out of order as well. I pushed the button and asked to place an order, he said he was alone and would get back to me. I waited over 15 minutes and finally left. Then that evening, I found out that i was charged for the lunch i ordered online, after the app said it wasn't working and the worker said they didn't get my order!! And when it did work, they didn't start your order until you arrived, so a waste of time. You get discounts when you online order, but since most of the time it's not working, no discounts and they won't offer the discounts, like half price drinks. They desperately need new management.

  The service is always on the Best, & Ana always makes my Dirty Sprite Excellent!!! The cooks always cut my mom's burger 🍔! This is the best Sonic around here, I come from Los Chavez too .

  We sat to order where you can turn off your car & pres the button, had to press it 3x no one answered so we pulled up to drive through and had to wait another 15 minutes. HIRE MORE HELP!!!!! This is not fast food! It's slow food!!

  After going to another location (that was open 24 hours) and being told they were “out of ice cream”, we went out on a limb and swung by this location. It was probably 15min before closing but all this pregnant lady wanted was a milkshake and some mozzarella sticks! We went through the drive through and got amazing customer service from assistant manager Ray! The food was warm and tasty and totally satisfied my craving. Totally unrelated to amazing assistant manager Ray but I think shake straws would be great.

  I want to recognize Ray. We went in fairly late in, and there was only two employees working the front. One of those employees was Ray, he worked incredibly well and was very helpful and understanding. For being a late night rush, him and his coworker did amazing. Made it a genuinely good experience for this sonic.
