  I waited over an hour and a half for a vanilla soft serve cup and a small cream slush shake. I sat there while they brought out a drink and food order to the stall that ordered after me. I pressed the order button and was told they were coming right out with my order. They proceeded to bring out two other orders with food that people pulled in and ordered after me. I had stopped being a customer of Sonic in Bosque Farms and Los Lunas for this reason and deciding to give them another chance was the worst decision. The cream slush shake had powdery chunks in it and was not edible. I'm sure being the only white person there had nothing to do with it🙄

  Ordered two drinks on the mobile app and waited over 30 minutes. We had an another appointment so we left. Trouble services.

  Waited 35 minutes for a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and a drink! It has been like this for some time now. It used to be fast and friendly, but not anymore. I won’t be going back.
