  Waited 35 minutes for a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and a drink! It has been like this for some time now. It used to be fast and friendly, but not anymore. I won’t be going back.

  Just to get one thing in the drive thru takes over 30 mins. They waste your time. They are slow and can barely prepare your food and drinks.

  I placed an online order for TWO drinks and an order of mozzarella sticks. My order was to be ready at 4:10pm.. at 4:30 I stopped a girl and asked if she would check on my order and she said oh yea it’s almost out.. at 4:40pm I stopped someone and asked for a refund, was ignored. My order was brought out at 4:50pm… mozzarella sticks were cold, oily, and gross and my tea did NOT have coconut in it… so I was refused a refund twice and waited 40 mins for stuff I threw in the trash anyway… this sonic used to be top notch and has gone down hill.. I think I finally learned my lesson! 😭

  The burger was sloppy and very soggy. I enjoyed the onion rings. As usual no ice cream

  NO STARS!!.. HOW MANY PEOPLE DO THEY DO THEY OVERCHARGE?. 7.21.26 They double charged my mother's account on her debit card two times.. then refused to resolve it. told us we had to call a 1-866 number absolutely absurd!!!, sonic needs to give the woman her fourteen dollar credit for Sonics mistake, why make people jump through hoops for sonics error..? horrible location! Strongly advise driving further south and avoiding this store... if they cant hire competent employees who double charge debit cards.. & THE management should have resolved this issue on site..
